Bunyoro-Kitara International is an ­­­organization that brings all the Banyoro and friends of Banyoro in the Diaspora worldwide to discuss, interact, and form relations, to foster development of its people, friends and as well discuss issues around the world and how they are affecting our development.

Currently the organization is composed of two registered nonprofit organizations, that is Bunyoro-Kitara USA (http://www.bunyorokitarausa.org/) and Bunyoro-Kitara UK(http://www.bunyorokitarauk.org/)  as well as Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom (https://bunyorokitarakingdom.org/)and more are to join the in the near future.

Bunyoro-Kitara USA was established in 2009 and one of its major contributions to Bunyoro has been the establishment of the Runyoro online dictionary   http://runyorodictionary.com/ which is continuously being developed to accommodate more words and translations both from English to Runyoro and Runyoro to English.

Bunyoro-Kitara UK was established in 1996 under the name of Bunyoro-Kitara Development association UK, One of the major activities of the association is the Masindi project (http://www.bunyorokitarauk.org/projects/) which has been helping women in training them on skills of tailoring/sewing and garment manufacturing

Our goal as Bunyoro-Kitara International is to unite all the Banyoro in the Diaspora and form a platform that will enable us advance our culture, language, financial development and independence both in the Diaspora and our mother land Bunyoro.
